Hello. One of the tips on the loadscreen said that the way to transfer gold between characters is to buy/sell land deeds in housing. I've only seen that tip once and as a novice to housing, I was hoping someone who knows what exactly the tip is and how it works could explain it. I don't own a house (yet), but I probably could afford it if necessary.

Also, if you own a house, can you transfer items to another character, or does that character have to be in a guild or something? For example, could I just give permission for a specific person access to the house vault? Just wondering how people transfer gold/items between characters, especially if they are unguilded.

the trick about housedeeds are that they have a 100% sellback value, so you can buy some, put them in vault, log new char, pick them up, and sell them which returns in the end with a gold transfer from toon X to Y

as long as your characters are on the same account they all have automatic account access to the houses owned on that account. the non-owner characters still have to walk to that house once and bind there for teleport, though. if your characters are on seperate accounts, this gets trickier. i think a character has to be online to be granted access to a house, so you would need a friend to log into your alternate accounts to grant yourself access, or give a friend high enough house access to friend your other accounts.
