Hello, im compley new to DAoC. I downloaded the client and im currently patching it, then i downloaded the DAoC Portal, i opened it and clicked settings but when i went to the folder were its installed, it sais it doesnt recognize it. and i really want to play this free shard. Please Help me connect.

Its completely patched, but how do i connect? just open the DAoC Thing and press play? when i clicked on the folder my DAoC is installed to, it said it didnt recognise the instalation to be there, idk what im doing wrong

Iv downloaded and installed the Mods from your guide, but in my program files, there is no folder called spil/DAoC US/Lab these is just electronic arts/Dark Age of Camalot then all the game files. I seriously have no idea what to do, and iv followed your guide to the word.

    - download
    - follow instructions like setting the path to your daoc folder (this must be the folder the camelot.exe is in)
    - enter username/password (create your own)
    - select uthgard and press login

ok so i have the wrong game client? i downloaded the one from the actual DAoC site, thanks for the help :D

The game client is different from the loader. The loader helps you play on servers different from the live ones. :)

Oh yes i know, i have the client from the actual DAoC so the one here must be different, i have the DAoC Portal comfigured how the guide said, other than the Location of my Installation. Ill try connecting to the server once i fix this.
