So earlier today someone had suggested a relic raid in /lfg

he was instantly shot down and literally made fun of because he had brought it up in LFG...


imho... 12 hour timer? 24 hour timer to x-realm?

Its a big problem here, we cant do any relic raid cause enemy allways and casually have someone watching the relic keep 24/7 and see us ....

Not mention when we tried a surprise one with a few grps on midland , only by /tell and mids/hibs was there ready to wipe us >< .

well if their IP address (there's a solution for you, Nixian) can't go from one realm to another until 12 hours or so then that fixes the whole realm pride problem.

not saying they're gonna enjoy the stay but they're sure as hell not gonna be helping defend the relic.

yea good point.

This relic raid paranoia is totally misplaced. Do you really think hordes of people log on hib just to defend that keep? With every failed raid this is brought up and like pretty much every time it's bullcrap.

It's a tiny majority that only has twinks on one realm, don't ruin it for people that aren't such truebloods as yourself.

Fact isn't that there's crossrealm.

Just to show it whith a looking on Monday RvR night.

there were 5fg alb roaming in emain.
Someone on the hib broad warn about a possibly relic raid.

1h later there was a Alb relic attack on Dun Dagda.

With some hibs on fire really fast.


Crossrealming isn't the only to counter a relic raid...

Thats true but we did some test with my guildmates some weeks ago, we moved to uppland( was about 10 ppl), we was all anon and all ppl on clan didnt say a word to friends, irc , forums ts or similar.

Well we didnt pull any guard of relic keep at all, was by jamtland, anon , moving with no guard pulling at all, then and i YELL on broad we are doing relic raid if anyone want to join , well 5 min later mids was moving to relic keep ( after buffing and illnes surely) and we didnt pull any relic keep guard at all, we was all hidden on a nearby hill.

They roamed inside temple moved out and patrol for a bit before noticed us.

Funny right?

So some people from your realm told mids on irc. No xrealm timer is gonna prevent people from communicating outside the game.
