Solo: Get a good cast pet for damage or heals. There's a good topic around here somewhere with a nice of mobs that cast. I wouldn't recommend normal mobs cause their dmg is pretty lousy. You got pom for mana and lifetap to keep your hp up so you got lil downtime and with a cast pet you kill pretty fast.

Group: Make your own grps! Best advice I can give you. You're pretty much only in group to pull and give pom (some dmg on the sides).

I myself had the luxury to level up in agramon where you had nice mobs to charm and a +40% xp bonus. I did like 2bubs per hour solo and soloed like 5 levels from 41-50.

This is how I leveled mine on live:

Spec, dont go all Mind. Keep Mind just a few levels under you and put the rest in body, or just have body closer to your level vise-versa to keep decent damage with base lifetap that is.

Always have a pet, preferably caster like what the person stated above. Start fights by dotting and sending pet. I usually follow up the dot with confuse spell as the mobs usually take the entire fight trying to decide wether to fight you or pet. Just nuke away or the mob will be dead by now.
