it hasnt been my experience that most alb caster run high pd. they seem to like to spend their points on momagery before anything else, make those nukes count.

I'm pretty sure that's what every caster does. I don't know any that have high PD. Maybe PD 1, but anything above that is really a waste of points better spent on pewpew.

I can say that my setup on my eld at 5L1 is:

purge1
augdex3
sere4
wp2
LW1


and tbh don't plan to get PD ever.. maybe at RR10+ (even then id prolly get more pew pew)

I fully support casters not getting PD. This will help in my quest to 2-shot a grouped caster before his healer can save him.

None have it because they can't afford it.

I have encountered casters before that almost certainly had some PD, but I agree that it isn't a big issue and the points are better spent elsewhere.

The best way to reduce damage is to do more damage.

Anyway, it's clear the cohesion between BG and end RvR is completely broken or even inexistant. Especially in Hibernia this is felt extremely hard due to the fact that Hib PuGs are usually probably the weakest lvl 50 8man groups around due to several imbalance issues.
