Thought i would make a collection of current issues, so it is easier for the staff to keep up to date. This info is from various posts around the forum and also from personal experience from playing an Animist the last few days in RvR.

Could it be that the abs buff of the verdant line has a variance?!? And shouldnt it stack with caster self buffs (base and spec...)

The other issue would be that int doesnt affect the verdant pbaoe. 140 damage vs yellow mobs and about 80 on red ones. Kinda useless you are faster oom than you make damage. Little bit low for a 225 delve spell, is that really livelike ?

abs buff gives speedlost

the bladeturn bomber is bugged, the aoe is centered on animist no matter the target and always the same people get bladeturn

Pet resist rates seems too high, same as for theurgist pets. (arguably worse for animist than theurg as theurgs have some pets that do not cast.. animists do not)

the bladeturn bomber gives speedlost, it actually gives it twice for some reason - after you cast it, it puts you in combat and then you receive a tick of speed and then loose it again.

After a target has been rooted by a Tangler pet and you try to root the target with a Root Bomber, you get no message if the target is immune. (miss the target already has that effect)

the combat flag seems off also, you seem to randomly get in combat after fights for a short duration (could be problem for loosing speed)

The Absorb debuff bomber does not seem to have any effect, we tested it last night in a melee setup and none of the tanks noticed any difference.

that's all i have found so far/all i can remember at the moment

did some more tests - MoF doesn't seem to be working for animist bombers

have MoF2 and still getting 15% resist rates with lvl 49+9(MoF2) spells

oh wow thanks for your useless post.

ofc lvl 50 is cap - thats why 49+9 reaches the cap, which means that the resist rate should be capped at 12% in RvR, like all other spells.

well yes, but i stopped dreaming

obviously they can't make a class useful, because they might be slightly too strong in the ever so common keep sieges...

because people dont realise you can run away from bombers

The bladeturn bomber is bugged also - it always affects the same targets no matter who you cast it on.

The aoe effect is always centered on the animist, regardless of the target that you select.

It will always hit the same guys standing close to the animist, instead of hitting random targets <- possible bug with the random number code?

The only way to hit other targets it to move around in strange patterns to try and hit everyone without hitting others, is like a big puzzle game

It also puts the animist in combat, so results in speed loss and slower mana regen.

A combat log showing that the Bladeturn Bomber is bugged.

[13:33:52] @@[Party] Stropharia: "doing quick test"
[13:33:53] You stand up.
[13:33:58] @@[Party] Stropharia: "can ya play speed pls"
[13:33:59] You target [Zus].
[13:33:59] You examine Zus. He is a member of the Bard class in your realm.
[13:34:02] @@[Party] Zus: "kk"
[13:34:20] Zus looks more healthy!
[13:34:22] You begin casting a Woodspirit Sheath spell!
[13:34:23] Zus looks more agile!
[13:34:25] You cast a Woodspirit Sheath spell!
[13:34:25] Your Constitution has increased.
[13:34:25] You look more healthy!
[13:34:26] Stropharia already has that effect.
[13:34:26] Wait until it expires. Spell Failed.
[13:34:27] Your Dexterity has increased.
[13:34:28] You feel more dextrous!
[13:34:30] You've been in combat recently, the spell has no effect on you!
[13:34:32] @@[Broad] Darkfoer (50, Nightshade): "out dl fast"
[13:34:35] You've been in combat recently, the spell has no effect on you!
[13:34:40] @@[Party] Zus: "breaks speed or what"
[13:34:42] @@[LFG] Liandears (50, Bard): "LF 2 druid or 1 druid 1 eld 6/8 RvR"
[13:34:47] You target [Stropharia].
[13:34:49] You target [Stropharia].
[13:34:49] You target [Champion].
[13:34:49] You target [Master Eldritch].
[13:34:49] You target [Zus].
[13:34:50] You've been in combat recently, the spell has no effect on you!
[13:34:54] @@[Party] Stropharia: "breaks it twice"
[13:34:55] You've been in combat recently, the spell has no effect on you!
[13:34:57] You target [Stropharia].
[13:34:59] @@[Party] Zus: "lol"
[13:35:01] @@[Party] Stropharia: "now back on"

as you can see, it has a double tick of combat therefore loosing speed 2 times for a spell that shouldn't even put you in combat.

Animist RR5 Ability fades when you change zone, you still keep the buff up on your own screen but to everyone else you are just a naked character with the name Forest Heart.

Did some more tests on Verdant line.

All higher levels on the BT bombers have same problems as the lvl 7 version - same targets, aoe centered on animist, speed break etc.

The Short Duration Abs buffers, don't stack with casters self abs buff, or even the castable version that the animists have in the Verdant line, making them basically useless.

The resistrate turrets have variance, and never actually get to the delve amount.

The Short duration abs bomber, the Long duration abs bomber and the BT bomber all put the animist in combat.
