When I played Daoc on Live during the old days, I never got a hero high enough of a level to find out what shield styles they recieved. However in playing the Bossney classic cluster before the more recent merge of all the server, I noticed that hero's got a Level 41 shield style known as Shield Swipe. This was an excellent tool for leveling. Not thinking about the fact that Hero's might not have this because i didn't know if they did in the old days, I rolled a hero and am working on getting him to 50, he's currently lvl 24. Well the real question is, do they get a Shield Swipe at lvl 41? if not i'm hoping that there is a possibility that it could be implemented due to it being a more effective PvE tool then PvP or RvR. Heroes do not have shieldswipe - However I think this is because of the old RA discussions which means 1.65 to 1.80 changes will not be worked on atm
