Just false, i was talking about melee groups with a 2 merc setup that replaced the pally with an armsman it worked much better then. And This without any endurance chant. You wiill still have your chant but dont tell me you cant live a short period in a fight without this chant? get endupots and longwind like every alb had to.
Well this problem have more Realms i heard.
Why? most clerics have yellow buffs too. You wont win a single fight just because your buffs were red instead of yellow...
Im Talking about 2 (two) nature/heal druids and 1 (one) Heal/buff druid. 1 nature/heal is the mainhealer the other 2 Buffshear and interrupt. and you have 2 pets. 2 instant single root 2 instant ae root. If i compare that to the instant cc abillitys of Albion....
And this only happens to green basebuffed pets, yellow unbuffed sorc pets are cc imune beasts which need 3 savage to train them down for 5 minutes. If your enemy has to react to your pets you did something right and got time. You forgot the 2 ranged instant interrupts your druid has, jes on a long timer, but still more than a shaman has. That will give you the initiative over the shamy. As you know, instant interrupts win interrupt duels.
no both cant if your eld gets them with NS or your bm just facerolled over his charge button. jes they can purge the NS i know. But perhaps you get the point. you will still be able to disrupt the theurg or sorc until your bms stick them. Albs have to group a 3. softarget caster to desease and NS btw. to come to an end if i compare the backlines of each grp 3 druids 1 bard 1 eld to 2 healer 1 schamy 1 skald 1 rm or sorc theurg 2 clerics pally I just cant see why hib has les interrupt. You are right, Mid is oped here but its not for the cc or interrupt, its not like there are 2 BDs in each fg like on live. Its because thier tanktrain does that much dmg compared to mercs/bms. And what can you do against that? exactly, strong Mainhealer RAs like Bof and DI, buffshears, aoe debuffs, disease. |

yaa wow, lot of duos and trios that wanted fight each other and 3 fg mid that steamrolled everything (/wave /no holsten) without even having an opponent... we could go to other zone? give us crossrealm-chat, maybe will work then -.- sad story... |

well time to add my 2 cents ^^
i played on live from si release to first cluster with my hero Ceuse (logres player might remember me *atention want*) in several good and bad gg. our pre toa hib grp had 3 heros at, eld. def hero bard drui drui (1 nature spec). worked quite well cause of lw slash/crush switching heros who almost insta droped any target with 1 hit each. wouldt work on uthgard cause of several reasons. first of cause the buffbot rule i find great, but eliminate the chance for hib to run with only 1 buff druid if you want to be fully buffed. also i find that a buff druid with single root can basicly do the same with single root and shears. secondly large weapon does not make the dmg it suposed to do at this patch stand on uthgard. i know i cant prove it in any way but +500 with anilation with neutral or bonus was the normal dmg you did fully buffed. lastly one of the biggest problems hibernia has with the actual patch setup is the new ra/pre toa combination. casters overall are weak compared to tanks because without toa and new ras there is no way for a caster to cast at a aceptable speed. the old ras had the casting speed ability wich then got replaced by toa boni on live. tanks however get the best of to worlds here. neraly no cc time cause of determination and mostly charge (wich cant be countered by any speedwars etc), and decent dmg at least on mid classes. hib furthermore is in the usual setups the only realm who has only 1 demezzing class. mid has 2 healers allways and albion usualy a minstrell and sorc. with old ras the double group purge from druid compensated that. that and the fact that with ench hibernia had baod wich wich basicly made it possible to stand in a bomb tower and moc bomb/nuke the ****** out of other grps while beeing cast imune from range. combine all reasons and you know why the old way hib setups wont work here. period. all other cast setup also have the huge problem of charging tanks who 2 or 3hitting the caster without much you can do from preventing it. only one demezzer also means any form of cc leaves a hib grp dead. combine all that with the lower dmg bms do to mid tanks merc and you have a pretty good overview why hib grps do so bad here atm. as a bard i atm use in a fight that we win over 200% of mana each fight with pom4 charge running just spamming my lvl 48 mezz to rupt classes (i would love to be able to choose wich mezz i use) and trying to rupt and cc as many enemys as i can while our bm train tries to get a target down with might 250-350 dmg swings ![]() the only way we were able to actualy having decent dmg output and winning was with aog from warden. but that got fixed a while ago since it was not "working as intended" ![]() hibernia usualy was the realm from my experience where its the hardest to play but IF you had 8 people working together and knowing what to do they where the strongest realm. now you need to do that to be equal to a alb/mid grp whos playing alot of worse then you do (expecialy mids). wow alot of text got outa there. just my2cents about the situation. i think its alot of small things that combined ****** hibernia more over then all the other realms. |

When i asked Toblerone to help me calculate and check LW dmg here..he posted me screenshots with hits taken with res sicknes, and then QQ ed..omg how low i hit.
If hib has a problem then alb has a problem and mid has a problem also, because 2h dmg works same way in all realms, yet i tested warior and skald 2h dmg here and on pendragon and vs same target i had around same min max dmg + - 5 dmg. Celt hero with 1360 WS using 100% qual ,99% cond spear 5.4 Target Blademaster fully dresed with Mps 606 AF(rr5+) Min dmg 211 Max dmg 294 Variation= 39.43% Add to that unstyled dmg what style dmg u want, thats dmg from live with your weapon and stats Toblerone, just that i used a spear to have same spd 5.4, LW is same cause LW is 5.6 spd on live. |

I'm not convinced that Hero dmg is any different than live. I'm open to the idea if someone showed testing that demonstrated it, but right now I don't see any reason to think so. Blue has confirmed the 2H bonus in the code.
But OF RAs would bring balance imo, hope they come. MoArms helped alb and hib tanks way more than mid too, with celerity. |

Maybe there were some bonuses not inherent to 2h but to polearm/celtic spear that made them do higher dmg?

We are playing OF with NF RAs, the situation is TRAGIC.

/sign but please agramon without instaport, do NF like you had it for 4 weeks until some (obviously influential people) cried loud enough about their insta rvr port being taken out... NF with normal porter system, no camps, use the boat routes again and we're fine, hibs can use their advantages when they're more stationary and it might eventually get a bit more balanced again (besides the point that solos and smallgroups can use the boat routes again... some of the most fun rvr hours i spent were in that RvR zone setup) |

I would like to hear actual responses from GMs. Maybe a yes, we are addressing the situation, or a no we are not.
At least then I will know if I should just end this pain that is Hibernia and switch to mid or alb. No one in their right mind would try to "stick" it out if they were rational people or had free time to level another character. I unfortunatley just don't have the time or will. <Vanquish>
