Default buton for making pics ingame

I always had buton to take pics ingame set for "minus " - by default, yet to a friend of mine it doesnt work, i looked at options for config and there s nothing there , can some1 gimme a tell from where it can be set?

with /keyboard you see your keyboard setting. also your screenshot key.

I cant set the picture button from Options, or /keyboard etc, maybe its because of MY interface skin? i use derida ..any other sugestions?
