i have no idea...there arent that many rings for casters in alb..theres this df saph seal ring but its utility is crap especially with the piety:

Power 2
Dexterity 18
Piety 25

Beside moran and kobyl, theres one from the dragon, but tbh, there isnt enough good juwelery on alb for any level...

The best things to find are those bracers from DM, with 1x30stats, the lvl 41 pigmy-gem with 4x7resists and, that belt from dm-mobs with 3x5resists+hits, tajendi-cloak, Megalodon-rings/juwel, and thats all there is to find on alb.
In addition to df-merchants, kobyl, dommel, legion and dragon.
