Do we have those quests that allow you to change your craft from one of the "mundane" craft skills to te others I.E. alchemy, spellcrafting, etc.?

This was introduced on live to give the old player the chance to learn those new skills. At first there were no alchemy and spellcraft in the game. On uthgard they were implemented all together. So there is actually no really need for it. But you might ask an admin if he deletes you craftingskill manually, if you really want to change it. Or just make a new character for it. Thats the easiest way.
