Full OF (like now): 135; 53%

Full livelike NF (no port to agra, port to keeps, boats, etc): 120; 47%

Greater xp bonuses, better frontier camps, and making keeps worth defending would definitely help.

Too bad we can't have BOTH zones. I said it many times before, that OF will do imbalance. Seems like hibs are feeling it the most.
