Hi,

My problem is that I followed all the instructions and I cannot connect to Uthgard.

I went to the DAoC site and downloaded the client.
I then let the installer run its course.
I then installed the classic patch, the crafting patch and the tajendi2 patch.
I then ran the patcher in DAoC Portal to set it to EU and Labyrinth.

When I try to launch, it cannot connect to server, and it says version 1.101.
I tried to edit the update.dat to what was recommended on this site to get the lab files, so my update.dat looks like this:

Mythic Patch
patch.camelot-europe.com:1280/updates/english/labyrinth/mpatch.dat
patch.camelot-europe.com:1280/updates/english/labyrinth/mpatch.dat

I then ran camelot.exe to update it, but it remains v1.101 and I still cannot connect.

What am I doing wrong?

I am running this on Vista x64, and DAoC portal is set to run in admin mode.

set your daoc portal setting to US instead - there is no EU client anymore

you should not try to change any of the files - simply do:

I changed it to US, and it confirms it's US client, labyrinth ed.

When I try to connect via portal, I get this:

As you can see in the first picture, it still says version 1.101. What gives?

I am getting the same error. Same screenshot.

Installed DAOC, updated.

Installed DAOC Portal, patched per the flash screen that pops up after you open it for the first time.

Installed the craft, classic, and tajend2 mods, selected all, and patched.

I get:

1.1011 Loading
Service not Available
Hit ESC

I have uninstalled, reinstall all components a few times, but can't get it to work. I checked Windows Firewall to ensure DAOC was allowed through, as was port 10300.

People who patched to 1.001 couldn't connect to Eden. Maybe it's the same problem here.

I'm having the same issue, no one found a solution yet?
I would like to try to downgrade to the previusly version of the client, I'm trying to find a guide "how to" on the web, can anyway give me some advice or a link to follow?
