Ladys and Gentleman,

this is my first and last statement to the neverending topic "greykilling".

This is not a flame-topic.
This is not a QQ-topic.

I was in several situations the last few weeks.
Beside the normal greykill-stuations there were 2 situations that really made me think.

First situation:

I was in DF with my lvl 17 Spiritmaster. I ran down and was immediately killed by a fg Hibs. Not only that they camped a "spot" with 90% greys, no xp, no killcounter, no rp, no advantage at all! They were rr5 rr6 rr7 and maybe even higher!
I really don't know what the hell they did there. Are you too bad to kill anything in Emain? I don't wanna know it tbh. This is so dumb, you solve the problem that OF brings with it with killing EVERYTHING in sight in DF.
Not only that you keep more ppl away from lvling so that they can reach lvls where they are worth anything, you're killing fun for all those little greys who just wanna lvl!

I don't know what you were thinking and I don't wanna know. What I know is: It's a shame and it's highly pathetic.

Second situation:

I ran into DF with my lvl 21 Skald. I ran down, got dotted and ran straight out of DF again. A lvl 48 Druid attacked me...
A lvl 48 Druid waiting at the entrance and killing everything he gets?
Doesn't he have friends to RvR with? Doesn't he has anything to do? Is he so bored that he has to kill a defenseless grey?

I don't know what you were thinking and I don't wanna know. What I know is: It's a shame and it's highly pathetic.


Result:

I gave up complaining about greykillers long time ago.
I killed a grey for "joy" 1 time in my live.
And I will give up the second point from now...

The atmosphere of this server is b.u.l.l.s.h.i.t.

If I go to Emain: Zerg, zerg, zerg, so called elite-grps who complain about all and everything, DF with greykilling, greykillcamper at the stairs...
If you ask sth, the first answers are "noob" "gimp" "look in the Forum".
If I look in the Forum the first answers are "noob" "gimp" "there is already a thread" (of course they don't show the link, it could help you ).

The mentality is so unbelievable associal.

In EVERY view.


So after a long time thinking about the whole "this is just a game so don't cra"-thing I decided following things:
I NEVER will run in a 8-man-grp in high-RvR. If I run in a grp, there is zerg or Smallgrp with power-adding.
I will kill EVERY grey in DF I meet, cause they "could add you".
I won't ever be friendly to some other players (except of my e-friends) again (like save them, helping them, buff them when I'm not in their grp).

This is a game, games are created to have fun. So I will do the only thing that is fun on this server: Beeing an asshole.

I didn't wrote this thread because I want you to know that I will be an asshole-player.
I wrote this thread that you can see why ppl can turn into such bad players. I want to show you your mistakes.

There are so few ppl who know the meaning of the word "honor" "social community" or "pride".

So this is not only a statement. It's a last serious application.
Get some honor, get some attitudes which aren't implemented in a MMORPG. Get some respect.

If not: do whatever you want -.-

The Community is pis*ing me off very often, BUT: This is a game. Not real live. So I don't care what anyone of you do or not and you can't complain about sth I make.

This is a secured thread. That means that neither me nor any mod wants to see any dumb answers. No flame, no QQ, NOTHING. Only posts with a serious content is allowed. Plz stick to that. I want to ask every gm/mod to have an eye on this post. And plz delete every sensless flame or QQ immediatly, I don't want to have a thread full of garbage. Plz don't ruin this thread (although I think that's impossible). If you have some insults, begs, or even if you wanna say how much you hate me, plz write me a pm.

Actual I see it more about a statement of my feelings toward the game. But you're right, a littlebit QQ and flame is in it.

About your second pont: I gave it up to be angry about this game. I realized that it's just a game. I'm furious sometimes yes, but only for about 10 min. That's it, live's too short to be angry about everything.

So I will keep playing the game, but with an other atitude. I won't be angry anymore and it's completley just a game.

He pretty much flamed the hell out of the people that ganked him, people that check and post on the forums often, 8v8 players, you name it. Topped off with some QQ and whine sauce.

Imo, you should have locked this thread the moment it got posted. A warning just isn't enough because he's actually inciting people to flame right back at him.

Every time i attack yellow enemys in df, 200 Grey ppl adding at me.

But I dont run around and kill all the greys i see...

But I feel allowed to.

Think about respect! Greys dont show any respect to high lvls, then u cant think they respect u!

If your on your enemys side of DF, any grey or higher lvl has the right to attack you of course. If you want to fight your level enemys, stay on your side of df and hunt those grey ganker players that come to your side, as i do. I dont fight greys because its mean or something, but because its no challenge and when i first started, i know the announce of people killing xpers in DF, and now its payback at those who wish to annouy those who want to just level.

Greyganker hunting is the positiv aspect on greykilling =)
its fun to suprise the enemies, sometimes it really gives good rps =)
kind of free rps / easy kills

Not all greys are new players that are disrespectful, they can also be alts who have many lvl 50s also. The reason they add, is not to add but to assist there fellow realm mates, even if they are not going to be able to help much. While a lvl 50 will just one shot them , taking no skill to do but to greef. Its all part of the game and i enjoy killing those who choose to greef others.

Its allwes nice to kill one that cant get back into DF at that time lol.

lol, your one ive been trying to catch, normal i see a few grey kill scam, then your gone, ether log or hiding. But everyone will end up in my album, as long as they greygank on hib side of df.

Recent Addition

It's part of the game, get used to it. I personally have never killed a gray on purpose other than if they attack me or ask me to which is usually when I kill a 50 PLing someone and they'd rather have the lowbie get ported back than have to run it and risk an XP death.

I personally find it pointless and I don't think much of people that go out of their way to do it but if I don't like it I won't XP in a PvP area.

This week I noticed quite a few people ganking greys in DF(on all sides) and to be honest most of them were stupid. I never played in DF a lot but when I did it was to gain RP since a nice solo fight in such a high traffic area isn't likely. So when I went to an enemy entrance I waited for someone to come along that was worth killing. Almost every one of these numbnuts this week killed a ton of grays only to get killed by the first 50 that came by. So they basically didn't achieve anything worthwile for their time.

I did have one person leave me alone that I know of, didn't get her name, was busy fighting a couple mobs at the time.
