Hello there
When I was playing off, my characteres profile were on the root folder like char1.ini
I was used to just saved them and restore them after a DAoC installation in order to save my windows poisition, macro's and all other interface IG of each characters.

I am not able to find the same ini files since I am playing in Uthgard. I will have to reinstall everything soon and want to save time avoiding redo all my interfaces. Somebody to help?

Thanks a lot

Since some time, screenshots and chat.log are found in your user's "own documents" folder.
example (Vista/7): c:\users\[username]\Documents\Electronic Arts\Dark Age of Camelot

The files for key bindings and character interface are located in the Appdata folder.
example: c:\users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Electronic Arts\Dark Age of Camelot\LotM

There's a simple shortcut in Windows to get to the folder that's reserved for userspecific data without the need to click show hidden files or something.

Start -> Run, and then type "%appdata%" (excluding the ", but including the %). Should work under all Windows versions.

You're welcome. By the way, I work as a software developer, and if I was offered one dollar for either all the things I know or for all the things I SHOULD know, I'd definitly choose the latter
