only possible way to get around bad server jumps is by using a proxy which in 99% of the cases are really bad unless you pay really good money for it afaik

so nothing staff can do.. talk to your providers about getting another jump instead of over bad servers - they might be willing to provide you with that

In agramon i had no problems with the lag spikes, now in emain i do since u changed the servers etc, u changed something regarding connections too?
I m doing pings in your servers too and i get like 130 sometimes alot, if i log on another game like WOW,lineage2 etc game goes smooth.

Our problem are the Hetzner servers. Many players are having that problem atm. Don't know what has happened there but till one week ago everything was fine.
