Hey, i got little problem..

I log in to game and i play like 30min and then the whole screen goes black and then i'm at my deskopt and i have quitted the game. Then i log back and it let me play like 5-10min and then the same thing happens again. And finally i try to log to the server it says renderer creation failed and then i have to reboot my computer so i can play again the 30min.. I have tried to put my graphics to classic water, etc and it wont help. I don't know what to do anymore..

Can someone help me please?

Its hard to guess what is going on, with little details. If you can, please let us know more, like what video card you have, exact error message you get, windows you are running and so on.

It could be that your game is causing your computer to over heat or something like that. I know on my Ati 3870, if it get way too hot, it can cause the video card driver to have an error and report that my driver had reset or render error. It could also be a issue with video settings and so much more. See if its over heating, if your not sure how to, just set a fan on your computer, to hit the system/video card , so there is no chance of it over heating, and if it contenues to crash, then you know its not over heating issue. You can also try disabling any custom UIs to see if that has any effect, prob not, but try anything.

Ok. I have NVIDIA GeForce 6600, Microsoft Windows XP Professional and i have 1024MB RAM memory. Error message what i get is render creation failed and it wont log me in to the whole server.

I will try that i set fan on my computer.

direct X updated?
drivers updated?

is it a dual core ?

Here's my Dxdiag.

A renderer creation failed is usually a problem with your graphic card. since you graphic card is obviously able to run DaoC (you can play for a little while) I am going to assume that either your card is overheating and thus giving you this error or perhaps your card is starting to go out on you.

also try update to direct X 10

he is running windows xp you can only run dx9c

will need a os upgrade to get dx10

Most likely its not the DX version, since you alrdy have 9c, which is the highest for XP and well being a 6600, which ive had in the past, should work fine. Try updating to the latest video driver or a earlier one that didnt have these issues. Also make sure the GPU fan is spinning. On my old 6600GT , the fan got dusty and stuff, making the spin up too slow and stopped spinning , causing my games to do exactly what your getting. So make sure when you get into a game, that it is spinning. Also try putting a fan to blow into there and onto the card to make sure it is or isnt an over heating issue. Also try some windows updates , if there is any .

If ur talking about the Alky Project then that was an utter fail.

Tho generaly if something is made for some certan thing alone, it usualy gets cracked, hacked and all tat stuff.

But there aint a stable working dx10 for xp.

But ya know, i might be wrong so fly, PICS OR IT NEVER HAPPEND!!!
