what was the target you shot at? was it a caster?

well than let me explain the archers PA..

penetrating arrow works NOT against selfbubbles and on groupbubbles when the target is the one who casted it. (so its worthless to shoot any caster an hope to break his selfbubble)

penetrating arrow works against bubbles a player got from a 3rd player.

and the stages of PA only affect the chance to break bubble and the done damage after breaking the bubble.

My understanding is that penetrating arrow works against PBT as well, even if it's on the person who cast it. In other words, a runemaster can cast his single-target bubble on himself and penetrating arrow will not pierce it, but if he's relying on his pulsing bladeturn to protect him from arrows then the percentage chance that penetrating arrow will go through it still applies. Is this not correct?

All three Archers now receive a new skill called "Penetrating Arrow", which allow them to penetrate, to some extent, Bladeturn spells. Here's the details:

- Penetrating Arrow will never go through Bladeturns (both pulsing and single-target) on the character that cast the spell. This means that a Warden who casts a bladeturn on himself will never have his own personal bladeturn penetrated.

- Bladeturns cast on group/realm mates can be penetrated. So a Hero that has a pulsing bladeturn (or single target) on him from a friendly Warden can have that bladeturn penetrated.

- Archers receive Penetrating Arrow based on their specialization in their particular Bow skill. They get Penetrating Arrow 1 at 30th spec, Penetrating Arrow 2 at 40th spec, and Penetrating Arrow 3 at 50th spec. Lower levels of PA do less damage by not fully penetrating the bladeturn. The highest level of PA does normal damage.

So as you can see PA will not go threw any BT on the caster, only if its a BT on someone that had it casted on them or a PBT on them, if they are not the caster of the PBT. And each PA lvl does a % dmg, not chance to do dmg. Example if a lower PA says like 50% to penetrate there bubbles, its means the shot will only do 50% normal dmg, not 50% chance to hit or not. It will also break the BT. And PA works with critshot, rapid and all other archery skills.

LvL30 PA 1 = 50% normal dmg
LvL40 PA 2 = 75% normal dmg
LvL50 PA 3 = 100% normal dmg
