When I try to login I receive a message: " account is banned! "
I tryed with other usernames and passwords for enter in to ask to the admin but without success! if i try to create a new account happen same, account is banned... is a server problem or you can log in??? |

do you have any more information? like with what character you are trying to logg in? I can't find any ban notifications on your account with the name seleena.

my account name is seleena, we have an internet lan, i can't log and my sister too!
we are writing other usernames and passwords for create an new account and tell this to the admin but nothing! all is banned here O_O what happen? can u log out and try to log your account please so i know if a general problem of only is so for us? |

Then i will have the same problem when my husband free work isp will be removed from house and both have to play with the same network

i have a bad notice O_O my friends all can play and i used teamviever to see if is true, i seen they can log in!

So if someone takes someones accountname (username on forums for example) and try to log with wrong password a few times the account gets banned for hours? Well, that would suck^^ |

i think its the ip from wich you type these passwords wrong wich gets banned not the account you are trying to hack.
if thats thats the way it works. |

that would sound reasonable, although I could still restart my router since I receive a dynamic IP address every time I connect to my ISP.

So... if I type a password wrong once now I get banned 6 hours?

After 5 failed logins within x hours, the ip address gets banned for a while. This has nothing to do with the account itself. This is necessary since we've got someone on the server who is trying to hijack accounts every day. |
