Rofl, yea you guys were communicating well and flanking us pretty good. All in all, it was a series of awesome fights that I havent seen since my most memorable RvR nights on live.

8v8 is awesome and all, but these rare huge 40v40 zerg fights are what make DAOC the best MMORPG ever created. The dynamic of coordinating all of these individual players in order to succesfully fight at such a large scale is rivaled by no other game ever.

This is what Uthgard needed. ^^

meh, kraehe, myashi and me in volley assist was sure the same fun as you had with olin and szi.
realy bad mid has so less hunter which uses bow..volley is such a nice tool.

I just wonder how many of you crawled out of Thidranki to help zerg the sh!t out of Hibernia...

Now let's see how RvR is beside zergs, right? I tried to find action with my bard and a BM mate at first in Emain (well, clear of course) and then in Odins. we found nothing but a lvl 49 as highest.

I expect similar results without a relic raid going on. The usual people trying to go to end RvR will fail to find groups if they don't have the required guild and will most likely join the "I enjoy crafting, xping or BGs more than end RvR" pack, which is the most common type of players Uthgard has to offer, sadly.


PS: I won't doubt the greatness of this evening for all the Mids and Albs, but getting teamed up on as a Hib certainly didn't feel right or fun. It's not our fault you let us steal the 6 relics, but I guess it's just as fair to come steal them with 2 realms vs 1... I guess.

They were ours for almost a month or so, I guess we can fairly claim we Owned them.

'Teaming up' with the enemy is what I find more cowardly than being shorter than 1 meter in height.. Not to mention, you probably would not have a chance if the "let's attack their other relics then!" didn't take place, but I guess that's also exactly why it happened, cowardly Albs and Mids!

there wasn't really teaming up, mids were spontaniously going for relic raid starting on primetime (~9pm?), trying power, then str, then power again - in the meantime albs figured out that the troops passing by amg all the time were up to something - there's was a real chance to get the relics back from hibs dirty, shroom-infected hands. but after they got the str-relics, they fought mids 3x for the remaining power relics, didn't really look like a peaceful get together of allys, believe me

i think this was a really fun rvr evening, we should remember this night for that, and not get cranky

Where was you or hibernia in the above screenshots? To kick that alb and mid asses? As i can see there are albs vs mids there.

actually we realy discussed what to do..ambush mids from behind at dagda or attack lamhofta..

well, we went lamhofta because the majority said haveing relics that long as hibs did is enough, and mids never had relics since OF was introduced..so came the decition.

at the beginning we would have had best chances to whipe mids and ****** them off badly..stealthers checked out dagda..and saw about 4 FG mids..wile albs left porterkeep with 60 ppl.

You are right, and now I hope that you and your group have more fun in emain than in DF ,where your group chain always grays :p
