Why is it merchants in housing aren't implemented/ don't have any items for sale?

BTW what's the ETA on that getting fixed?

If you are talking about the material merchants in the housing zones:
Custom design decision. We want crafters to craft in the capitol cities, not in housing.

If you are talking about the consignment merchants:
There will be a way to put up items for normal sale (no auction). No ETA yet.

as they "work" in their free time they often don't like giving eta's and deadlines :) at that can put them in a bad position if RL suddenly takes their time away that they had planned to spend on coding / fixing :)
