It's okay, happens more often. I'm happy if I can land a slam on a savage in under 4-5 tries. Don't even trying to slam from behind the target, 360° evade ftw.

IMO it is not photoshopped, it is just a very bad compression.

Normally Assassin > Archer, it has been that way since the dawn of DAoC and as far as I understand it is meant to be like that. Stone and scissor, you know.

he made 3 screenshots, carved the message boxes out, and sticked them together in photoshop. riddle solved.

ontopic: yap, it's not a rare situation. assasins are creeping around well equipped and buffed with potions and charges. So you have to do this also if you want to have a chance.

yep, potion/charged buffing is a requirement to compete with many. And a scout vs an assasins gets hit hard by that str/con debuff, which lowers your WS for melee and the evade makes hitting the enemy with slam not easy, but to get by that just run threw them a few times to land a slam/style so there defenses dont kick in. If they snare you, that will make it harder/impossible to do this though. But if you can, just learn to predict your swing time to do this, or if you cant, youl prob miss attacks because of not facing your target.

and if u have it like this u get stunned from afterstyle before or he purge vanish QQ

Id say roll a ranger instead, but i wouldnt mind seeing some more hunters out there, these boring assasins are getting too easy and too predictable :p

hardly photoshopped. slam against assassins FTL. bad f'ing luck, that's what it is. and against assassins it probably ain't all that uncommon.
