Hey I'm (going to be) new to the server, but used to play on the official ones...

I looked at the FAQ before starting, and since it asked for version 1.88 I went ahead and uninstalled my DAoC only to then realise I need version 1.95, the version I already had.

Now I'm downloading about 3.4 gigs of data I just deleted, I don't want to start off on the wrong foot with u guys, but this was a bit aggrevating

Meh, what I'm getting at is a plead for you guys to update the FAQ to save some other chum from doing what I just did

Agreed. When i started playing here the frist thing i read was the FAQ. It is very misleading.

Either remove it or update it

You should add working Mirrors in the download Section for classic patch and tajendi as well and hint in the FAQ).
It took some time for me to find tajendi mod for one group member (who didnt find at all).

Maybe too hard for new users who arent common with this forums
