Since at this point I can infer that most of my prior daoc knowledge isnt really applicable to Uthgard for a few reasons, what do most (succesful) infs spec here?

Any suggested specs appreciated.

while speccing an inf you cant go so far away with fantasy.
Basically there 1 standard spec that works the best:
50 trust
36 stealth
36 poison
44 Cs
rest Dual (18 with no AT)

you might wanna put 1 pt more in stealth and psn if you wanna reach 50 at 3L, those points in dual wield will just help to hit with your offhand weapon and so to get a faster swing.

Speccing Slash is not recommended.

hope was helpful ;)

If I were to make an inf I would switch DW and CS around ;)

but that is because im a big fan of CD/LA/DW specced assassins

Imo, if you go DW, go 50. 34 CS is also a nice addition, but in low RR or without AT you wont reach 50 env, stealth, weapon with this spec.

I would drop CS to 39 and aim for RR5 which results in the following spec:

CS: 39
Weapon: 50
Poison: 35
Stealth: 35
Dual Wield: 27

In my opinion,
rr4+

36 stealht + 11+3 = 50
36 evenom +11 +3 = 50
50 weapon
44 cs
rest dw

rr7+

50dw
50weapon
33evenom+ 11+6 = 50
33stealht +11 +6 =50
rest cs

cs 39 vs 44 = 5pt less
dw 27 vs 18 = 9pt more

you are always using cs styles so 5 pts there gives you more dps, to dont mention that the level 44 style is very powerful (after dragonfang you ll have 1 more style to put in the combo while your enemy is stunned)

9pts more in dw means 4,5% more chances to hit with offhand weapon, that means that you will have 4,5% more chance to get an add dmg from offhand and 2,25% more chance to make next swing at offhand weapon

not sure it is worth :)

Saracen only has 10 less base str than a briton, negligible difference at 50.
