Ever since the release of new icon sets for styles in daoc, has caused many icons on shareds, using the provided classic icon sets to show incorrect styles, for alot of style lines. Im not sure if all the newer icons are currect, but i still want to use the older looking ones, im use to them and i dont like the newer flashy ones. But it seems on live if new styles come out or uthgard gets something chanced dealing with icons, it screws things up, if i edit an icon set to fix the classic ones. Like what happened recently.

Does anyone know of a working classic icon set that works with uthgard, with correct style icons and positional/reactionary markers ? And has uthgard planned on making adjustments to fix the style icons for those who would like to use older icons, since this is a classic shared. Currently the only way i can get working icon sets for like my ranger, is to go into the custom folder, and edit each CBT_xxx.bmp file and relace icons with the currect used icons for like piercing line, blades line, cd line, and even to fix critshot, rapid fire and volley icons. But recently something was changed on uthgard and it screwed up some of these icon fixes i did. I hope some day the server could host a custom icon set mod or so, to give the server a more classic feel, in icon sense. Not a big deal and not a priority, just asking if anyone has a classic icon set that works currently.

non of em work correctly, even Mythic OFFICAL icon set is bugged and non cares to adjust them, so u need to draw all them manualy, GL HF and shear it after =)

ya i fiqure that. And i could share my manual fixes, but they are very class/spec line spesific, because some style icons share the same icons. For example a style in piercing line shares the same icon as one in blades line also. So i have two seprate fixes for if my ranger is blades or piercing.

Thats not possible, as some icons are shared in 2-3 skill lines, as Eclipsed mentioned.
My Catskin UI mod uses old customized icons for Midgard. I changed the lines spear, hammer, hand to hand, axe, left axe, as I can remember.
But even spear and axe share one icon, also left axe and axe do.

Is imposible fix old icons because mithic use the same icons for different stiles and spells, this is the cause why we have wrong icons when we use old icons.

Just tell which skills have the wrong icons and I will fix it.

Only work bad if you use clasic icons, while you use new icons there arent problems. And as Ati said must revise all skils for this.

OK, so if I understand right, fixing it to the classic icons will mess up the new icons. But all UI's which replace the new icons should have it correct. But maybe its wrong on live too with the classic UI's.

Yes is wrong in live servers too. As i sad before the problem arent icons is new icons number. The number of icons was reduced and now they use the same icon for different stiles. And whe you use old icons you have axe icons in hammer or la stiles...

But some of us dont use old icons, and we use the new ones.
