There would be no use for any server rules at all if not even GMs would stick to them.

His failure was to publish a not finished website. He never tried to sell virtual items for real money.

A respectable member of the community tries to do something useful for that community and gets banned. Uthgard, you really have given a great example to everyone
Even though he may have done something he should not have, it is obvious he hasn't realized he was doing any harm, if there was any harm in it at all. A warning would have sufficed. Uthgard staff, you should act like human beings, not machines. Please find some sense and unban this player.
