Hello I play on Windows Vista, I am trying to fix my game so I can craft, my game works just fine and I am able to play normally, however when I try to open the craft fix file I get this message:

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\DAoC Portal\mods\craftfix.dmm' is denied.

Any tips, or am I doomed to never craft?

oh and i have the craftfixx.dmm file.

Run the DAoC-Portal as Administrator, when u wanna patch something

Tried that, still doesnt work.

Has something to do with application rights, though. Maybe run it it XP Compatibility Mode or something...

maybe just download the file ifd.mpk

And replace the original ifd.mpk from the Data folder with this new one.

Run DAoC Portal as Administrator.
Or try Troubleshooting compatiblity with Windows 200/XP
