+ to skills after 50

What skills benefit from having, for example 48+10?

I'm making a template for my druid, will 40+10 Regrowth be enough, or should I get 40+14?

usually for druids/heal classes going past 50 in spec doesnt bring any benifits

however it might increase the amount you heal on spec heals a bit, however not really much if I remember correctly

Whether +skills have an effect or not depends on the skill itself. Skills like Music or Pacification for example are not affected by +skills while +skills to a buff line might raise the value of base buffs in certain cases.

I hope you know that + to Regrowth will only stabilise your base heals. And since the last heal in this line is level 47, it would really be pointless to get 40+10 or even 40+14. The highest base heals should have a quite low variance with a Regrowth skill of 40 but in case you really want to put this into a template, go for 7-(RR-1).

at least 4 skills need all +skill bonus they can get over 50..
the instruments from minstrel when he wants to charm high level (above 50) mobs safely.
and the charm-line from the mentalist when he wants to charm mobs above 50.
shield, the more +skills you have above 50 the better you block against high level mobs (at least on live, for RvR i am not sure)
parry (the same reason as shields)


on the other hand there are skills that need no bonus.
chants from pala,
pacification from healer
musik from bard

and you also have skills which are enought to bring exactly up to 50 with + skills (eg 34+14, or 40+10)
those skills are stealth,
envenom,
all healing lines to have a constant heal,
and all bufflines to reach buff-bonuscap (125% value of dwelve)

for the rest i am not realy sure.

Certain spec lvl (dont ask me which one) makes you heal for full value of base heals. So if you dont want to be another gimpish healer cap your Regrowth.

Also low power amount on uth doesnt allow you to chain-use spec heals so most healers tend to use base heals. That's another reason why you must have Regrowth capped.

no since spec heals are stabil, they have no variance at all since you need to spec em.
if you want some affekt on spec-heals, RA´s are the only way (MoH, WH)

And for stealth, are you sure it's useless to get 50+ ?

overcapping music on bard: only increase dmg from the dd

stealth: increase movement speed but it is next to 0 change from 50 stealth

how is with + Left Axe, does it have any effects from more then 50 ?
