Hi All,

I played DAoC from day 1 for 3+ years. I have Trials of Atlantis and Shrouded Isles expansions.

My freind who used to play alongside me told me about Uthgard so I thought I would give it a try, but...

After installing my Original, Isles and Atlantis exps, I did as the forums said and edited the update.dat with
the european server info etc, and after many gigs of downloaded updates, I now have 1.68v but Im not sure
what I should do now?

Is there a specific "server" to connect to?

I tried to d/l the daoc portal but none of the links work?

I would love to come battle on Uthgard, could someone please lend me a hand to get going

Sorry if this is something you have already helped with, im good ingame, but uber noob on PCs haha ...

PS. After the downloads I now have, Darkness Rising and Lab of Minotaur exps as well as my originals, Atlantis and Isles.

Yes, but when I get to the part "2", it says to download daoc portal, but the page just comes up blank, so I cant go any further

Hello and welcome un Uthgard.

DaocPortal.net seems to be down atm ( i get a blank page too ).

Ive uploaded the Portal-installer temporary on my private Webspace so u can get it from there.

Get Daoc Portal from here with rightclick -> save target as

Its compressed to .rar, so ull need to have WinRar or similar Program to uncompress it after download.

If you cant get the Serverlist after install, i ve uploaded my localserverlist aswell.

Get the Serverlist with rightclick -> save target as

Put this List in the DaoCPortal\Contents Folder.

If u now get the message "Serverlist is currently unavailable ..." just hit NO and it should use the local one.

Uthgard is marked as favourite Shard in this one.
