I've quit daoc many times, on live I was able to do it by drinking until I blacked out then pressed the Y-E-S delete on my characters. Today I had a friend stay on the phone with me and talk me through deleting daoc portal off of my computer so that I no longer can log on with such ease and hopefully that will keep me off. For those of you that are wondering why, I just can't regulate my playtime, it's either all or nothing for me and it is preventing me from pursuing my dream which is to play music. This server has been a wonderful place to relive memories and make some new ones (as well as friends) and I hope it continues to blossom.
