just wanted to know if there are still public Dragonraids going on in Midgard.

I dont desperately need an item from it, but it would be nice to participate in such an event (ok, i wouldnt mind getting an artificers stone , but thats a Megalodon drop too, so...).

Some weeks(months?) ago i saw nearly every week /broads in which Dragonraids were announced, but now it seems there arent any more raids.

Or is it now a alliance-only thing?

Also i heard somewhere that the person who normally initiated those raids had changed realm. Is there noone else to take his place?

we had 2 raids lately i think

but the truth seems to be as you yourself already stated: the main initiators either dropped in activity, disappeared, changed realms or just dont feel like leading raids any more

so someone else will have to step up ^^

Let's face it, there's a lack of initiative among many guild officers, and not only about dragon raids. Of course as such events take time, effort and patience, it's understandable that no much people are in hurry to take the former initiator's places, unless there are needs to fulfill in a big guild which may (or may not) call for additionnal volunteers in the /broad.

I have the feeling that the alliance works like indecisive free electons who share nothing but a chat canal.

A problem would be the failraids too, when lows or newbies cant read stares or making mistakes that cause the raid to fail. When u go and this happen u dont feel like going anymore.
