Is there a cap on Uthgard?
How high is base crit chance?

[Might be important e.g. for a Thane that has BaseCrit + MoPain + DualThreat]

Crit cap is 50% on both.

Base is 10% afaik.
Artificial intelligence is no match for natural stupidity.

skill up MOP 3 WP 3 and DT for 47% melee and cast crit for 50 points.

for hybrids like thane/reaver/vw etc. cast-crit is base 0%
