I am personally a huge fan of tower/keep fighting. anything to get more people in on the action would be a plus to me. specifically i really like the medals idea. fantastic ! :D

i think a system like this would serve many purposes. it would increase the action in darkness falls by causing it to likely change hands many times in one day, increase the frontiers population, and cause long drawn out bloodfueds at the keeps.

More people in DF is less people in RvR.

DF is a RvR zone too.

Yea, but usually it's really not worth the effort to make the trip from Agra to DF for only 1 FG since the fight is over in 2 minutes, which leads you back to Agra again.

Agreed, but your previous post stated that more people in DF would be a problem for RvR. Now you're stating there's not enough people in it to motivate a trip. It can't be a problem in both cases.

More people in DF is only a problem for the realm that owns DF. The other two realms will be in Agra and the BGs in force. That's how it used to be, so I'm fine with it.

The only problem is, unlike how it used to be, other realms aren't rushing to take back DF. They'll happily let one realm keep DF for a whole day, because taking keeps simply isn't worth it, which is the point of this thread :)

What?

There's a problem for the realm that owns DF? How?

"Zomg there's inc! RUNAWAY!" :?:

I'm saying DF lures the realm that owns DF into DF to either PvE or have a considerably easy RP farm trip to clean it. This way Agramon (and BGs even more) will be less populated and thus creating a possible LACK of enemies.

How can you possibly say that having large numbers of enemies (in general!) running around in the RvR zone is a ...problem?
The only problem which keeps Uthgard from being the best DAoC server is the lack of action.
