I dont want to start personal war against staff or something but this:
just drove me mad... I know staff is always right but please tell me. 15 shroom cap? Same rr5 for every stealther? Arent they those mighty "class-specific" customly changed abilities? If you dont want to implement cure ns. Feel free to do so. But say "we wont implement it because we wont." Please dont create your own storry^^ |

Staff can do whatever staff likes to, but forbidding people to simply discuss their opinions is completely unacceptable!

Or at least discuss about why they don't wanna implement cure ns giving valid reasons, not just hiding behind the famous "We ain't a custom server/We don't wanna be a custom server" when the fact is that Uthgard already is(which is not bad!!!).

You mean a strictly selective customization policy. non- Use non in a Sentence a prefix meaning “not,” freely used as an English formative, usually with a simple negative force as implying mere negation or absence of something There's dozens of customizations on Uthgard so there's certainly no absence of the same. You can't negate their existence since they are in place, obviously. Artificial intelligence is no match for natural stupidity.

Another issue is that you cant call cure ns which would affect all ranged classes (so all casters, supporters and archers) a class specific ability. Its obviously realm wide spell ![]() |

@Der Eisbär: The last poll was closed due to the fact that the discussion led to flames as well as the fact that certain players seem not to be willing to accept that the ability CureNearsight will not be implemented. We are not going to start to customize the availability of player abilities throughout different patch standarts and a constant attitude of asking for it is not going to change our mind.
As stated many times there are a few customizations which most likely result of: - technical aspects: such as the shroomcap (serverlag/clientlag) - "under development" low priority abilities: such as assassin rr5 (though I'm not certain which patch changed the rr5 for all of them to Remedy) - anti buffbot policy: the charge nerf, a non-class specific customization ... /closed |
