Before I go and waste precious points, is this ability working on Uthgard?
Specifically with charmed pets.
Thanks for any info

when i started my caba 3 years ago a staffmember (kazuki) told me there is a bug with that RA without being speziffic what the bug is...since that day i never read a changelog about a change there.
i for my part did not specced that RA because of the advice of staff.

maybe its working, maybe not..

maybe the actual staff can bring some light into the dark.

ps: at actual mob/pet-damage this RA seems to be kinda useless except you have a jugg2 or 3 char (the only way to do viable melee damage with pets since wild minion is only adding a melee crit chance to the pet)
i miss my Lady....

Quote: Wild Minion Passive - Increases chance of pet dealing a critical hit melee, archery, or spell by the listed percentage.

Any staff able to tell me if this is working please? Can't go burning money on a respec if its not :)

It's a waste of points regardless if it's working or not, imo. Whatever class you're playing you're much better off using RPs on improving your own character rather than increasing your pets dps by a very small amount. But heh to each their own I guess :P

They nuke really slow and spell crits aren't something I'd rely on since a lot of times they can do very low damage (like 200+15 crit  ). You're better off getting toughness 5 for those points, there's no point in having a pet that nukes "hard" if you're dead :P

But they can also do 200+100 crit. up top 50% of the damage, so yes it can be worth it. Anyway, i'm not trying to find out if its worth the points, i'm trying to find out if its working.

where did u get the information that its working on casts/archery? , its just crittical hit ,... and after reading some ,... it seemed that its only the meele ,... i had it on level 1 or 2 on my minstrel , but repsecced ,.. i never see a crit of my pet ,.. but i didnt really test it in pve so ...

imo it can be nice if u re a minstrel with a red mercenary pet that hits for 180+critt ,... but well ,... didnt see it critt ;)

especially for DF , its great for minstrels , cause there are no ellyls in there ;)

but well , if it works ^^

i can say : it doesnt work on ellyls casts ! for sure,..
