I made a Midgard character on a new account, but when I logged on I foolishly logged into Hibernia thinking that you guys implemented it so that you can log onto multiple realms on one account. Now when I log onto my account it logs into the Hibernia realm and the Realm button does nothing even though I haven't made any Hibernian characters. My character (Anneke) still exists on the Midgard realm though.


I would like to be able to log back into the Midgard realm if its possible. You can delete the Anneke character as it is only level 2 and I can remake a new account if that is the easiest option.

You can't use the same account to log on a different realm. You've probably created another account while mistyping the first one.

If that is the case, I cannot find what the misspelling was of my account name which I made Anneke on and would just like her to be deleted if it was possible as I would like to reuse the name.

That char still exists, so there must be a missspelling of the accountname.

I still have the problem of not being able to switch realm on that account though so I do think the account name is right but maybe bugged as I've made a random new account and it can freely move between realms (ie you can choose Hibernia, then click the Realm button and then go to Albion).

You can still choose another realm as long as you don't create your first toon on an account, it's not a bug.

Hence why I think its a bug as theres no character on that account (unless ofc it counts the one I think is on Midgard).

Then your toon should appear on the character list. Is that so?
(I don't think toons on other accounts are considered whatsoever)

What I am trying to say is: on this account I am stuck on the Hibernian realm and the switch Realm button doesn't work. I can only create characters from Hibernia, and I haven't created any character so far. And as far as I know, my other character Anneke is bound to that account so it is possible that it was bugged when I clicked Hibernia the next time I logged in rather than Midgard as it may refuse me to switch realms because I already have a character created on that account (but on Midgard, not Hibernia).

Who do I need to contact in order to delete the character?

Any GM listed here.

If the character on Hib is named differently try deleting it and you should then be able to select which realm to play... if it`s named the same then i suggest contacting a GM in game as you have duplicate names
