Still getting the Service not Available but the reboot was like an hour ago, am i the only one?

i'm new, so maybe this is normal?

Uthgard main board shows that it's still offline.

MAYBE OLD FRONTIER PATCH IS OUT ??!!! 8O

yeah sorry i just found that.. was just making sure.. i've had issues with out of country servers before...
