OH ******. I downlaode Launcher _catacombs_ uh Twice and i cant play!I downlaoded, then i instaled the launcher ina folder, then extracted dolloader 1.77+ in the same folder and oppened the game. It just says Coneccting to service, retrying. retrying, retrying, service is not available


What is wrong?

Oh, and i havent downloaded any patch, but i says V 1.80 .

Make sure that the last line of your connect.bat looks like this :

@DOLLoader Path_to_your_game.dll 81.169.136.116 10300 20 yourUserName yourPassword

Path_to_your_game.dll should be replaced with the full path to your game.dll

As long as you use the full path you can place it anywhere you want. (If your path has spaces you need to enclose it in quotes, e.g. "C:\Games\Dark Age of Camelot\game.dll")

Hey, ok, thats my name. Man, i have already tried to do aeverything but i cant play. I have a last chance and i need ur help. If you can, send me the Launcher u use, the DLLoader u use and the Connect.bat(dont need to put the pass and the user name) . Plz, if u can , help me, because i dont know the version of my game, and i think some things are inconpartible. When i log in, it says V 1.8, but i didnt download any patch! I just downloade the game, and i think it should be version 1.62. Plz, if u can, send me the connect.bat, the launcher setup and the dlloader .

That's all you need to do. [Well, it might be that you actually downloaded too much - i.e. if the launcher you mentioned is Freeshard Launcher 2.12 (FL212). This launcher is outdated and won't work with any DAoC version greater that 1.74.] The correct line to put into connect.bat has been posted here, too. So there is absolutely no need to send you anything more. (Versions 1.80 to 1.82 are all correct versions to use for the game, version 1.62 is just the version of the update program.) So, make sure you have placed the correct line into connect.bat and double-clicking it instead of DOLLoader.exe or FL212.

Btw, I'm using DOLLoader 1.77+ as launcher, with the line posted by Shoshin -- after replacing the path, account name, and password.
