I would like some informations on this item.
Is it hard to find one on Uthgard ?
Which price can we found it ?

i would say yes, it is a hard to get drop cause only Grand Chancellor Adremal,wich is a very tough mob, drops it .
but personally i would not pay more then 2 Platin for that Bracer because there are better ones from mobs wich are beeing farmed way more often then Adremal

Beliathan, Megalodon, Gatekeeper Dommel or Yar for example are beeing farmed quite more often then Adremal,which usually only gets killed at Legion raids, because he is in the way.
