Last nite i bidded on an item from the auctioneer i placed 300g down with my first char , then later on that nite while i was on another char i had noticed i was outbid so i placed a second bid of 950g, 40 mins later i came back to check i was still winning and i had been outbid a second time so placed a further 1.3 plat and won the item for a plat but the auctioneer did not refund my first bid of 300g nor my second bid of 950g so now an item that cost me 1plat at the auctioneer has cost 2.25 plat in total .

Is anyone else having this sort of trouble and is ther a way i could get my money back ??

Happened to me 5 minutes or what ago.. had a bid on a 51 hauberk for 1p 1g 1s 1c and had been overbidden by 1 c.

So i thought, ok i have already 1p inside i raise my bid to 1p 301g.

But neither i got back my money at overbid, nor he calculated something.. he just took my 1p 301 g and kept my first bid, too.

The whole auctioneer system sucks anyway. I tried using it to post an auction I only wanted 4 gold for and it wanted to charge me almost 5g to post it. it would be nice if they just set up the marketplace npc in the housing zone and let us sell stuff the old fashioned way.
