Are we allowed to make another account to play on another realm?

as long as you don't play them both at the same time, you may have as many accounts as you want.

So I cant play one on one day, and the other on another day? The reason is because I'm trying to get a friend to play that has never played DAOC before, and I dunno which realm he is gonna choose. Im not sure if he will want to be on Hib with me

You can play as many accs as you want, but not 2 at the same time (= You're online with 2 characters). You can play one hour in albion, then 2 hours in hibernia, then 3 hours in midgard if you like, it's just forbidden to stay online with 2 characters at the same time (eg. having a buffing druid in the keep to give buffs to your other char etc.)
