Character Appearance Customization

I noticed that if i try to Customize my char, when i log off (close daoc) and relog, the changes won't be saved... i don't even see any Face customizer NPC in the capitol..
So my question is: does char customization works here on Uthgard?

Yes it works, just customize it an wait for 2-3 messeages: Your character has been saved.

Jeah I didn't see this guy either last times I travelled TNN, did he change his spot?
