Could it happen that this guy just used purge?
I have never seen something like this before and i truely doubt it is possible. To me it looks like this guy simply wasnt stunned and stopped only to wait for def tank counter-slam.

But i must admit stun-runs are really frustrating. Today i was able to use 2 secs of 7 secs stun after guy was running away for ~5 secs while stunned:D

Well my slam clearly landed, so I don't really see how he could bypass that without purge, which he didnt use.

In that case it would appear late, not never.

and I should know it cause I spread 100% of the time.

Maybe there is visual effects only for special players (self, groupmembers, whatever) activated.

You're right, he purged. His reactions and reflexes are faster than the speed of light so our eyes are deceived thus we never saw him stop moving.

Makes perfect sense.

hmm this time I watched entire clip, he gets stunned after few second by the BM, he seems to completely ignore the slam, so maybe he got really really bad lag and his client registered the slam after this second stun?

I don't know what you think about staff members having no RL? I have a RL and also a serious job that takes a lot of time and I can spend 2-3 hours max in the evening for Uthgard. Thank you for understanding.
