Personally I'd never attack a cleric in melee, but after I disease there's not much I could do to interrupt besides dot.

If I played a shaman you'd cry your eyes out after being unable to spam the 3.5s spreadheals you do :p

Oh well shows how much you two know.

Once diseased, spamming disease will do nothing besides interrupt. Dot will also damage the cleric, keep him in combat during the dot duration provided he isn't cured and got out of range, and removing both dot+disease will cost a cleric 12% mana, as opposed to 6% of removing only disease.

Dot and disease both have same range, same cast time and same mana cost.

So care to teach me why spamming disease is better again ?

And I know full well what spreadheal looks like. It looks like a self cast which costs 20% of your mana with a long casting time.

And if the cleric is already immune or under the effect of SoS ?

Also a perma rupted cleric requires no CC.

Why'd you wanna cast AoE spells if you have picked a single target with no one nearby ?
