range on /autoloot

Anyone knows the range on the autolooting mechanic?
just sometimes on my ani it seems really really short but i dont remember it being so on other toons where it loots at quite a decent range maybe its bugged when pets/shrooms kill targets before they reach the controler? (dont remember this being a problem on chanter though) |

I pray that they one day remove the bags for good, and have the loot go straight to inventory like it is on live servers, and many other games. The idea of bags gives the classic feel to the game, but it is a crappy game mechanic and it would be nice if it was changed.
One compromise may be if autoloot is set, there is no bags to pick up. Regardless of how far away the mob dies the items would go in inventory. If autoloot isn't set, then people would still have their bags to click on. ![]() "Life is a garden...Dig it!" |

man play warhammer and you will love daoc autoloot, in WAR you have to click on each and every corps to retrieve the stuff, and when you kill hunderds of mobs (quite normal in WAR) that is A PAIN

The distance seems a bit random at times, I guess from lag or changes in elevation. I did not like the looting on WAR either

yeah and whe you are butcher/scavenger and you have to wait 2 seconds to get stuff from each corpse...
