suggestion extend killmessage

Because of the hard times for solos and small groups. I suggest to modifying killmessages of realm guards.


:arrow: killmessages should be broadcast about whole NF and realmwide
:arrow: number of enemies in area should be included
:arrow: tower/keep/port name should be included

this will help solos/smallgroups to locate action much better.

Why should it help solos? What if all enemies go for that target after such somewhat precise message? We could enable showing crossed swords on the map which we didnt do yet. Would be the same.

The better way to improve solo duo action is most propably bottleneck & hotspots.

might be nice at low peak hours

but will be a PAIN at high peak hours due to spam

i´m playing mostly solo, despite of the "unlucky" actual situation.
FG would not run after one solo inc near a faraway tower, but solos will.
Locating action always helps people to find equal enemies.

@nixan, against spam this messages could be disabled aswell for not intrested ppl

tbh if im at mid bridge i wont run all the way to beno tower X just for 1 enemie

as blue said: we need bottlenecks / hotspots - not more spam

I have a better suggestion, maybe you implement nice buff charges with normal value and implement major recharge stones with 20 recharges for 70 bps.


AND another suggestion, I think a port system to agramon will be nice.


I think these is are the best solutions to improve the solo rvr :)


but.... OH! that was on uthgard some weeks ago or not?!

I'd rather have the precise zone deathmessage in Agra like before. Like player X was killed in Shadowed Vale/Warding Forest/Jotuns Advance/.... instead of just Agramon. This would make finding enemies in Agra somewhat easier. I don't know why it even got changed in the first place?

I'm not aware that this has changed recently. Agramon was subdivided in certain areas to have a more precise message some time ago. Maybe a bug?

i´m not going to agramon anymore, and there are nearly no more solos around. Bottlenecks are good but fg will periodically kill all other smaller amount of player who don´t have speed. There should be a possibility to find adequate enemies.

imo
Agramon = area for FG
Rest of NF = area for small groups or solos, except sieging actions

The messages weren't shown some time ago due to a bug, but that should already be fixed?

Don't think so. "Agramon" is now designated from bridge to bridge to bridge of all 3 realms (i.e Odin's gate > irish sea > midgard bridgehead > agramon all teh way). Or was last night dunno if you fixed it in the meanwhile :p
