My account was lost, I lost a 47 necro named Underworld and all I want is him back. I don't care about anything else, forget the money I hoarded, forget the gear I'll go nekid. I don't even see my account listed. It's simply missing. I heard others were lost also, please make us whole again. I have dozens of witnesses to the fact of my lvl and all that so I'm not lying I do exist lol.

99% of the people saying they have lost all their characters aren't entering the same account ID that was used to create the account. Are you VERY sure you are using the EXACT same email addy and password?

Your char still exists. Make sure you use the correct email address when you sign in on the page. Yours is j**********6@gmail.com

Seems to be an issue with players who use several email accounts that they mix up which one they used.

It sorted itself out. Someone suggested I try and retrieve password and I used that to reset to a new one. I have no idea why the password was lost because I write EVERY username and password for everything I do or use in a Word Doc. In fact I use the same password for everything I do so I can't forget and no it's a solid pw. It's upper and lower case special chars etc. I reset it to the same damn one it was to start with lol.
