Hi, i have 16.0 effective DPS on 99qua 16.5 base DPS weapons, seems its incorrect to apply 99% to 50lvl DPS cap which is 16.2 DPS
For 99qua and 98qua effective should be 50lvl cap (16.2 dps) with 16.5 base weapons only with lower quality then 97% u not reach cap 16.2 for 50 lvl |

I guess your weapon isn´t repaired then

rr affects effective DPS?
i mean that cap for lvl 50 is 16.2 DPS and qua shoul be applied to base (eg 16.5) not to clamped (16.2) and then if effective (for 16.5 and qua 99 will be 16.33) should be reduced to cap (16.2) |

behaviour on uthgard is livelike. you get the advantage of 16.5 dps weapons at RR5 - till then, they are like 16.2 dps

You now see: Base DPS Clamped DPS Quality Condition Effective Damage Where the Effective Damage is the Clamped DPS multiplied by the Quality and Condition factors. ------------------------------------------------------- so min(maxDPS,baseDPS)*qua*con not min(maxDPS,baseDPS*qua*con) just remebered that 98% qua legendary was valuable becouse of 16.2 effective dps mb my mind confuses me) |
