Questions about archery abilities and MoC

I would like to know, what exactly the archery abilities do. So is the advatage of Critshot II in comparison to Critshot I only the the time to be ready to shoot, or does it increase damage, too (and if yes, how much damage more than Critshot I does it deal)?
Where is the difference between Rapidfire I and Rapidfire II? Is Sureshoot implemented here? Is it a passive ability, or an active one? If it is active, what reuse time does it have? And last but not least, what effect does MoC have on non-damage spells (Mezz, Root, Stun, Amnesia, Nearsight, debuff)? Thanks in advance for all the people to help answering these questions. |

Moc has same on damage as well as non-damage spell the same effect.
So for MoC 1 a heal will also just heal 25% of its value, same like a DD will also have just a quarter of it Damage. Rapidfire2 should do more damage than RF1 and i think it also allows you to shoot faster... I knew about MoC effect on heals and DD spells, what is the effect on debuffs, Caststuns, Mezz, Amnesia, Roots?
And why does Rapidfire I and II say: "Damage % = Timer %"? Which would be the same damage? |

As i said for ALL non-instant spell you have the malus of MoC effekt.

damage = 1% u get if timer is at 1%. damage 100% u get when timer is at 100%..whats so hard to get on that? and critshot 2 reduces the time u need for the critshot.

difference between rapid fire I and II ( at least on uthgard) is the endu needed to fire an arrow.
sureshot is activ ability. in fact , it s a new type of shot, like critical shot. you can critical any arrow, you can sure shot any arrow. about moc: i think it doesnt reduce nearsight, disease , debuff, amnesia, demezz ^^ (maybe timer of nearsight, disease is reduced but i think not) <img src="http://www.fallenearth.fr/daoc/daoc2.php?player=Panachou">

And btw. are there bows with offensive procs that work? (Like Dragondropped bow for example) |

Sure-shot works just like rapidfire.
You click it once. All following arrows are considered to be sure-shots. Sure shot = no interupt , but lower dmg - doesnt work proper on uth Greetz Nes Inactive

Lower damage? I didn't know that, does anyone know how much less damage? Or better say, how much less damage SHOULD it be, since Pana says its bugged.
And probably it isnt possible to use Rapidfire and Sureshoot at the same time, is it? (would be very strong, you could rupt many ppl with that). |
