first of all, i followed the Geting Startet step by step. think so

click Uthgard Launcher, the site with the Playbutton comes up, hit the button........nothing happens, the blue circle at Mousearrow shows up for mmm 2 sekonds

hit Launcher Settings > patcher starts .. hit yes .... nothing happens
hit Account Chooser > same as above


if possible....detailed help in German would be very helpfull, after the years my english isnt the best

I have had the same problem since the swap to the new login system. What works for me, sometimes, is to delete the uthgard folder in user/appdata/roaming/ then restart computer and run the launcher. Hope this helps, good luck!

I've got exactly the same problem
Is there any solution yet?

I have tried everything. Uninstalled all older versions of C++ and .net, disabled windows firewall and defender, running the launcher and client as admin, uninstalled and reinstalled everything on the getting started page, renstalled firefox and chrome, logging off/on on the website, clearing internet cache, and deleting the uthgard folder in user/appdata/roaming. None of this helped. The only way I can connect is to log out, delete the appdata folder, restart th computer, then run the launcher. Sometimes it starts the client first try and sometimes I have to do the whole routine over and over. Last night it took about 15 trys before the launcher launched the game and I was about to give up before giving it on last, last try. Good luck! If anyone figures it out please share.
